Additional AccommodationsMolded Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) flush deck motoryacht with custom enclosed flying bridge. The helm is center. The center windshield pushes open. There is a Pompanette pedestal helm seat and port pedestal navigator seat. An “L” shaped lounge guest seat is starboard and a bench seat is to port.
The interior arrangement is a forepeak rope locker followed by a bow cabin with a vee berth and a 18” square hatch. A guest head with shower is to starboard, an office and engine room entrance is to port. Up four steps to the salon. The helm is to starboard by a door. There are three safety glass windshields and wipers. An “L” shaped lounge dinette is to port, and two rattan chairs. The galley is aft to port. Down four steps to the aft master cabin. It has a center bed, and a head with stall shower is to port. The Laundry is to starboard and there is an 18” square hatch. Soles are teak parquet. Bulkheads, cabinets, and trim are teak veneer. The overhead liner is perforated off white vinyl.
Marine Air Systems models: VR12K-H in the salon, V9KH in the bow, VR9K-H in the aft cabin, CMP12K on the flying bridge. 42,000 BTU total.
HEAD: Is a USCG Marine Sanitation Device (MSD).
Two 12 volt electric Raritan Atlantis toilets with direct overboard discharge and selector valves to a 30 gallon FRP holding tank that is properly vented and has a deck service fitting. It is equipped with a macerator evacuation pump.

Deck Equipment Has two FRP storage boxes on the aft deck and a built in storage locker.
Painted PPG Flag Blue, simulated plank hull, white super structure, and teak cap rails.
60 lb. CQR plow anchor on a bow roller with about 100' of 3/8" chain and NO nylon 3 strand rode. Length estimated, not measured. No second anchor.

Two Rule 2000 gph and a Mayfair 1500 gph 12 volt electric automatic pumps. Two are in serviceable condition.
