Layout Starting forward is a large V berth with matching filler. A small step stool with matching cover aids in entering the berth. There are hanging lockers port and starboard with louvered teak doors. An air conditioning vent keeps the berth cool even when the door is closed for privacy.
Next aft is the head to port with vanity, mirror and VacuFlush electric head. Across to starboard is a separate shower room with a teak bench for bathing while underway.
Next aft to starboard is the guest suite with upper and lower bunk beds and locker storage. A sliding teak door closes off the guest cabin when desired.
Across to port is the galley laid out in a U configuration and it is described in detail in the following section.
Centerline stairs (4) lead to the main salon. The salon sole is teak and holly with inset brass hinges to provide access to the engines and mechanical spaces below decks. The hatch is raised by an electric lift. A second zone of reverse cycle heat/air conditioning with electronic controls keeps the salon comfortable even while underway.
The lower helm is to the right with an access side door leading to the starboard decks. Across to port is a counter above the galley with a chart table aft of that.
Aft to starboard is an L shaped settee with a teak drop leaf table and across to port are several chairs and TV.
There are curtains for all windows and mesh UV shields for the three section windshield.
A door leads from the salon to the cockpit and a stainless steel ladder with teak treads leads to the upper bridge deck

Galley The galley is "down" on the port side and laid out in a U shape. On the aft section is the Grunert cold plate refrigerator/freezer with front opening door. The cold plate is frozen by the compressor, then maintains temperature. The cold plate system can be either engine driven or 110V AC powered. This makes for more efficient cooling and less run time on the compressor. Additional ice is made from a dedicated unit in the salon. Above the Corian counter top is a Microwave oven for convenient snack prep.
On the outboard side are two storage cabinets above the counter tops and two deep dry hinged storage lockers in the counter. The center has the three burner Princess stove with oven. The stove has a stainless steel hinged cover that, when down, adds more counter space to the work area. Behind the stove is an exhaust vent to remove cooking odors.
One the forward counter is a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water. Storage is plentiful above and below the working areas.

Electronics / Navigation There is a Northstar GPS, B&G depth and speed, Simrad Autopilot , Glendenning engine synchronizer and Furuno radar. A TV is on the port side of the salon. A stereo with speakers inside and out rounds out the entertainment package. There is a TV antenna mounted on the mast and provision for cable TV and phone hook-up in the cockpit.

Electrical Two large AGM batteries make up the house bank and were new in 2006, cranking batteries were new in 2007. A 8KW Onan generator provides power when away from the dock.
At the dock 220V 50A current comes aboard via a shore power cord. This drives the air conditioning unite, battery charger, hot water heater and the two GFI protected 110V outlets.
A Link 1000 battery monitor provides information as to battery charge level, voltage and condition of the DC system. A small inverter also will convert 12V battery DC current to 110V AC power if you do not want to run the generator while anchored out.

Deck At the bow is a stainless steel plate with roller to keep the deck from getting marred by the plow anchor with chain & rode. The anchor is raised and lowered by foot controls mounted on the fore deck. Stainless steel rails line each side deck and give security when you go forward. Exterior teak is varnished and in show room condition. All front and side decks are low maintenance fiberglass with a non-skid finish as is the deck of the upper bridge. The cockpit is teak and is in marvelous condition. A transom door leads to the teak swim platform with swim ladder. After swimmers re board a cockpit shower with hot and cold water rinses them off with fresh water. The fly bridge has a "toast" colored Bimini and a full enclosure keeps the upper bridge comfortable in inclement weather. When it is necessary to drive from the lower station, the three panels of the windshield have individual wipers to enhance visibility.
Plentiful storage for gear is found in three large lockers in the cockpit sole.
An anchor wash down on the fore deck also helps keep Ceci shipshape after anchoring. The balance of teak and fiberglass strikes just the right balance between beauty and low maintenance.

Additional The engines have an easy change oil system as does the engine on the generator. Trim tabs level out the ride. Crossover Raycor fuel systems make filter changes easy even under way. The upper and lower helms are hydraulic with provision for manual emergency steering.
All in all this is a fine yacht that is waiting for her new owner. Once you see her you'll be as impressed as I was. Showing by appointment.
