Electronics / Navigation The boat has a Furuno GPS, a depth gage, two VHF radios, upper and lower alarms and rudder angle indicator.
| |
Electrical The boat brings 115V AC from the dock via a 30A shore power cord. This powers the reverse cycle air conditioning, hot water heater and electric stove while at the dock. Under way or at anchor the Northern Lights 4.5KW gen-set takes over the A/C duties. Battery power is provided by the house bank, gen start battery and engine start battery. All are kept charged by a Dytech marine battery charger
| |
Deck The deck is fiberglass with molded in non-skid surface. The Danforth anchor is managed by a Sampson-Lawrence electric windlass with controls at the lower helm. A salt water deck washdown keeps the decks clean after retrieving the anchor or cleaning up after a day of fishing.
It should be noted that the soft decks normally associated with the Mainships of this era were repaired 13 years ago and appear to still be in good shape today.
The upper helm is shaded by a Bimini top while the cockpit remains open for sunning or fishing. The transom has a door that gives access to a swim platform with swim ladder.

and More The boat has reverse cycle air conditioning to heat and cool the boat depending on the season. The 4.5 KW gen-set provides all the power this yacht needs.
